How to Apply for FAFSA
To complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you will need the New Age Training School Code: 041023
Start by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
What You Need to complete the FAFSA:
- Your Social Security Card
- Your Alien Registration Number (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
- Your most recent federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned.
(Note: You may be able to transfer your federal tax return information into your FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool.) - Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
- Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
- An FSA ID to sign electronically
If you are a dependent student, then you will also need most of the above information for your parent(s).

Financial Aid Options
Federal Pell Grant
- This is money you do not have to repay!
- Awarded to eligible students based on financial need.
Federal Student Loans
Loans must be repaid with interest, but you don’t have to start paying until 6 months after graduation.
If you are terminated or withdrawn from the MA program you will need to begin repaying your loan right away.
- Direct Subsidized Loan
Need-based. The government pays the interest while you’re in school. - Direct Unsubsidized Loan
Not based on need. Interest starts accruing while you’re in school. - Parent PLUS Loan
For parents of dependent students (requires credit check).
All loan recipients must complete Entrance and Exit Counseling.
If you are terminated or withdrawn from the MA program you will need to begin repaying your loan right away.
Payment Plans
Flexible, Interest-Free Payment Plans
We offer interest-free payment plans for all of our programs, including the Medical Assistant (MA) program.
If you do not have a High School Diploma, G.E.D., or an evaluated foreign diploma, you may not qualify for financial aid, but you can still enroll by taking advantage of our flexible payment plan options.

How to Make Payments
You can pay your tuition and fees in full or choose a convenient installment plan. We accept:
Tuition and fee payments can be made by:
- Online Pay by MasterCard or VISA credit card, debit card or enroll in the installment payment plan.
- Mail Make checks payable to “New Age Training” and mail to: New Age Training 145 W. 30th St. New York, NY 10001 Mailed payments must be RECEIVED by the appropriate deadline.
Allow a minimum of 5 days for delivery prior to the deadline.
Write your student ID and Group number on the bottom left of the check. - In Person Pay by cash, personal check, money order, or cashier’s check, MasterCard or VISA credit card or debit card.
- Phone Complete and fax an authorization for credit card payments.
Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds Grant (HEERF)
New Age Training applied for the HEERF grant for our students and received the grant in amount of $297,188 on April 30th, 2020. On May 7th, 2020, we started submitting grant applications to all active students who are eligible for financial aid and who are eligible for this grant. Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Completing this form does not guarantee funding availability, or that all needs will be met. More than 400 our students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled by December 30th, 2020 will be eligible to apply for the HEERF grant. Grant funds will be allocated for all eligible students.
