The Nurse Aide Advanced (NAA) Program Program combines Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) skills with specialized Patient Care Technician (PCT) training to prepare graduates for success in healthcare settings like hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.

Duties May Include:
As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will play a key role in supporting patients’ health and well-being by:
- Responding promptly to patient calls and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
- Observing and reporting changes in a patient’s condition to the medical team.
- Performing clinical tasks like EKGs, phlebotomy, and other procedures.
- Helping patients with mobility and transfers to maintain independence.
- Setting up and maintaining therapeutic equipment.
- Assisting medical staff during examinations and treatments.
