If a payment is made by someone other than the student, the cardholder must download, complete and sign the Authorization Form below. Please submit completed form on the day payment is made via email to in**@ne************.com.

The signed Authorization Form can also be delivered to the Financial Aid/Bursar’s Office in person on the next business day.

Your payment will not be accepted without submitting the Authorization Form on time!

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

If you believe a payment was made in error or duplicated, notify us immediately so we can forward instructions on disputing the payment and how to request your refund from PayPal.

You can receive your duplicate payment from PayPal if “YOU” dispute the duplicate payment by disputing it correctly as per PayPal’s guidelines.
Once you notify us, we will guide you through the process to ensure it is done properly.

If you request a refund from New Age Training and not from PayPal, the refunds from New Age Training will only be issued for the amount in question minus the 3% processing fee, if the dispute is not handled correctly.
